Please note before making a return or exchange request :
Any item that has been washed, worn, or used is not returnable or exchangeable. The item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed, with tags, clean from pet hair or marks of any kind, and in its original packaging.
Kindly keep this in mind when trying the item on your pet. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CANADA & USA:
EXCHANGES – Exchanges are authorized within 7 days of the date of goods' reception.

- Pictures of item state, so we can evaluate beforehand and make sure item(s) are eligible for exchange.

Exchange is FREE on your 1st order*!
We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost before we send out your exchanged item(s).
As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the item after it has been received at the warehouse.
*Free exchange only applies to dog boots (same style different size). Excludes any other product.
RETURNS – Returns are authorized within 30 days of the date of goods' reception.

- Pictures of item state, so we can evaluate beforehand to make sure it is eligible for return.
- Reason for return.
You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
All return items must be unworn and unused, unwashed, with tags, clean from pet hair or marks of any kind, and in its original packaging, otherwise a USD$10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method as soon as the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout and return are not refundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Goo-eez will not send it back to you.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS – Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective or damaged item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the date of goods' reception. and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items in the sale section.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds on items not purchased through gooeez.com. All returns, exchanges, or defects must be addressed to and handled by the original point of purchase.
